INSPIRE Fitness is about making fitness accessible for everybody. We truly believe that regardless of your level, weight or shape you should be allowed to enjoy exercise. We have founded the only beginner classes in Essex enabling clients to take part in physical activity without being judged. Our ethos is targeted at a health first approach away from diet culture and weight loss.

Exercise has far more benefits such as reducing stress, anxiety and depression.

We allow everyBODY to come to our classes face-to-face or online.

Services include:

  • On-demand workouts available live or playback at anytime

  • Personal Training sessions (virtually or in person)

  • Corporate or group exercise sessions

  • Outdoor classes in Essex (Silver End & Cressing) on Saturday and Sunday mornings at 08:30 and Tuesday's at 09:20

All sessions are adaptable and average 30 – 45 mins duration.
