INSPIRE Fitness is about making fitness accessible for everybody. We truly believe that regardless of your level, weight or shape you should be allowed to enjoy exercise. We have founded the only beginner classes in Essex enabling clients to take part in physical activity without being judged. Our ethos is targeted at a health first approach away from diet culture and weight loss.
Exercise has far more benefits such as reducing stress, anxiety and depression.
We allow everyBODY to come to our classes face-to-face or online.

All sessions are adaptable and average 30 – 45 mins duration.

Personal training allows you to work through your goals in your own time at your pace. It's personal to you. I work through a 4 week programme to suit your needs and requirements.
2:1 is also available for those who want to exercise with a friend.
