Remembering to move our bodies becomes the last thing on our minds, but we have to remember how important it is to keep moving for our physcial and mental health.
The 4-week plan will help you create a sustainable balance with exercise starting with just 10-minute workouts in week 2 and building from there.
The plan gives you access to the Sweat and Strong app. Once you've completed the plan you can decide whether you want to continue with the app, take on the Winter Revival 2.0 plan or make your own steps.
