May is National Walking Month and that’s why we want to start walking more. Inspire invites you to take part in our #WalkWithInspire walking free challenge. Together we will be walking every day for 30 days and we will each aim to walk 67,500 steps. Walking is such a great activity for everyone and provides benefits such as improvement  of our overall wellbeing and mental health, helps us sleep better but also increases our creativity.


Taking part is easy! Either sign up as an individual or as a corporate team (max. 5 team members) and get walking. You'll receive our walking calendar via email so it is easy for you to keep track. We will start slowly and build up over 30 days to reach our goal of 67,500 steps. We want to create a community that inspires each other to be more active and walk more in a fun and a little competitive way.
