Steps for September is an event organised by INSPIREUK to help you get active and move throughout September.

INSPIREUK; invites you to take part in our #StepsforSeptember walking challenge. Together we will be walking every day for 30 days and aiming to complete two challenges, individuals are to complete a minimum of 5,00 steps per day, whether that's walking or running and corporates teams are aiming to collectively reach 1 MILLION steps.

Walking and running are such a great activities for everyone and provides benefits such as improvement of our overall wellbeing and mental health, helps us sleep better but also increases our creativity.

Taking part is easy! Either sign up as an individual or as a corporate team (max. 5 team members) and get moving. You will need to keep track of your steps for the entire month with a prize for the person achieving the most the steps.

By taking part you will be contributing to helping raise money for our local Essex Charity Kids Inspire.

We want to create a community that inspires each other to be more active and walk more in a fun and a little competitive way. So, get your friends, family and colleagues together help raise money for an incredible charity and let's see who will be crowned walking champions.
