Did I ever think that INSPIRE would become what it has? Honestly, no. I’ve always wanted to help people regardless of what job I was in, but little did I know that everything would come together as INSPIRE. Before INSPIRE I built myself a career path to a Senior Project Manager role in and Events Company. I’ve always had customer facing roles after spending 6 years in the airline industry. Alongside my main career I have always been keen to learn and develop my skills further.
In 2018 I decided to take a my Level 2 Fitness Instructor course and went on to host local bootcamps around Essex, little did I know this would build my career.
In 2020, with more time on my hands after being furloughed from my events role, I decided to study Counselling and CBT Therapy, I’ve always been fascinated by psychology. I completed my Level 4 Diploma. During my time furloughed I launched INSPIRE Magazine and then came INSPIREUK. My love for wanting to help educated, empower and encourage others all came together under one roof.
Together with a fantastic team behind me we have built a brand that has helped individuals and corporate organisations place wellbeing and mental health at the forefront of their business.
We pride ourselves in working on a complete bespoke basis with each business. We know that one size does not fit all.
We can’t wait to help your organisation grow, become confident in speaking openly about employee mental health and wellbeing.
